As you might have noticed, our site has been outdated for over 8 months now. The reason why is because we have been very busy with our own life affairs. Some of our team staff are finishing school, some got married, some started a new life. We realize that this was not fair for neither Amr nor his fans. Therefore, and after long discussions and considerations for the past 90 days, we have collectively decided to resign from running AD.info.
The greatest lesson we learned from Amr is, to be successful, you have to work hard to achieve your dreams. We feel that we have helped Amr's image on the web for almost 9 years. We decided it is time we start working hard to achieve our own dreams. Unfortunately, managing this site was recently impossible due to the huge effort needed to keep it running in a ways that suit AD.info's famous legacy and honorable image for a great artist like Amr Diab.
Everybody admits that amrdiab.info has been the first source of any exclusive news regarding Amr Diab for the past 9 years. We exclusively announced the titles and details of Amr's albums since Amarain until El-Lilady. We gave behind the stage and behind the scenes access. Amrdiab.info became a trusted resource to all fans, media publishers and even webmasters of other Diab sites !! To make a long story short, ad.info became on top. All of this was just because we worked hard for the fans. None of us tried to gain personal fame on the name of Amr, we didn't even care to reveal our identities because they were not important. Our own goal was to keep the fans happy.
We would like to thank Amr and his fans for giving us the privilege of sharing them joy and happiness for the past 9 years. We still love Amr and we hope to achieve someday a portion of his success. We appreciate all the love, trust, support and all the emails we have been receiving regarding the site's status. We will miss you and wish you the best in your own careers.

Dear Amr Diab Fans, We know that we haven't post anything in a while because life is getting really busy with us (work - studying - family) but as usual we will try to do more updates before the new album release to keep you up to date.
Today we want to promote our Facebook page to keep you connected together as one family to know more news about Amr Diab.
Many sites use the fan boards (we are one of them of course) but according to our statistics that most of our members and Amr Diab's fans in general use Facebook and so far we have more than 11.000+ members in that page. So have a look and share whatever you want in there.
Despite having a cold, fever, and the flu. I still managed (on a lot of medications) to make it to Amr Diab's beach concert in marina on August 24th. He has not had one in Marina in three years. His latest was back in 2004 after the release of his mega hit "Lily Nehary". I should say that this was my 56th concert over the past decade. This concert, though, has in my opinion topped the majority of his previous ones inside and out side Egypt. Everything this time was state of the art. Stage size, stage management, lights, sound (oh man the sound). Attention to detail was impressive. Amr's charisma was exceptional. Duration of the concert was very satisfactory (3 whole hours with no breaks except for 5 min when he changed his shirt) the fact that he sang 40 whole songs, which topped most of his concerts by 8 songs. The fact that he sang his latest mega hit "el lyladi" 4 times simply because the crowed asked him to repeat. The 25000 people came all the way from Cairo and were full of energy and enthusiasm that was topped by Amr's energy and enthusiasm. All of the above lead to a performance of a life time. Way to go Amr.

P.S concert's poster was includes a pic of Amr's back. It take a lot of confidence to not even show his face in the poster. Only Amr can do that.
Stealing from AmrDiab.info September 02, 2007
Unfortunatly, some of our exclusive photos of Amr's T-shirt has been stolen and spreaded out because of a careless mistake from our side. Shirt Photos are now removed to avoid more theft issues. and will be reissued next week along with many other photos in an extensive full fashion report of yr 2007.
This is not the first incident this year for other sites webmasters and some visitors to steal our material with no given credits. Thats because they know, specially webmasters, that AD.info is the first and the only trusted source of Amr's Exclusive news.
We apologize for AD.info members and I'll personally make sure this wont happen again. Please inform us if you see any stolen material from AD.info in other sites.
